Canterbury of New Zealand - e-commerce Terms and Conditions
If you are having difficulty with our site, please Contact us and we shall do our best to assist.
Shopping with us
We are offering a sub-set of our products for direct purchase over the Internet.
Making a purchase could not be easier: just browse our website. Once you have found the product that you wish to order, click on the product, when appropriate select the colour from the dropdown list and size from the drop down list, and add it to your kit bag by clicking "add to my kit bag". At that point, you can modify your order, continue shopping or proceed with checkout.
If you decide to checkout, you will then be redirected to the payment gateway and asked to provide your credit card details.
Once we receive clearance from your bank, we will pick your order and prepare it for shipping according to your preferences.
At that point, we will proceed with debiting your account, and if the operation is successful, we shall send your order.
From this web site, it is not possible to order goods to be delivered to the US. Customers in the United States should access the e-commerce pages in the USA section of the canterburyNZ.com website, on www.CanterburyNZusa.com
Products availability
Those products shown on our website are available for purchase. We may display product and take back orders from our customers, however this will be displayed during the chackout process.
Should you wish to consult the full list of our products, please refer to our retailers or stockists locator.
Purchasing & Payment
We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment.
Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). If your card/account is in another currency, your credit/debit card company will convert the transaction from that currency to British Pounds.
See your credit/debit card company for transaction and exchange rates.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming acceptance of your order.
Payment is not taken until we have confirmed that the goods ordered are in stock, have been allocated to your order and are ready to ship. Once payment has been taken, we will send you an email confirming the transaction, with shipping details as appropriate.
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
If the item is not available in spite of acceptance of your order, we will cancel the order and inform you without delay.
Tax Charges
All prices include value-added tax at the legally applicable rate.
Credit card transactions and security
Transactions are executed on behalf of Canterbury of New Zealand by SECPay. SECPay is the UK's largest independently owned processor of secure, real-time, online credit and debit card transactions, specialising in the provision of payment services for merchants on the Internet and through Call Centres. SECPay handles the capture, authorisation and settlement of credit and debit card payments and all the associated electronic and physical security required. Further details can be found on www.secpay.com.
When you shop with a merchant using SECPay, you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet so no one can access your card information. The card details are only transported to a Bank to authorise your purchase.
