How do I find product?
You can find product information by using our navigation system on the left hand side of your screen, select your preferred product or sport and browse information displayed.
Or, should you wish to purchase our product, click the "Shop online" button bottom left of your screen. Here we have a whole range of technical, performance enhancing and cool products to choose from. You just choose your product and simply add a quantity to the basket and proceed to checkout.
How do I checkout?
Once you have finished shopping, you checkout by clicking on your basket which is always located in the right hand corner of the screen, once here click "proceed to checkout" where our system will guide you through the rest of the process. Throughout this process you will be able to choose your delivery, payment and shipping methods before placing your order.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment. Canterbury of New Zealand use a secure payment gateway called SECPay, at checkout you confirm your payment method, card type and amount, we do the rest. For further information on the secure payment gateway please visit www.secpay.com
Why do I register and what are the benefits?
Registration is simple, and your data secure, please read our Terms for a full description of Canterbury of New Zealand’s privacy policy.
The benefits are, full access to the Canterbury of New Zealand Customer Control panel. From here you can track order status, update your user profile, update any delivery addresses, request returns, log support cases with our team, and view your purchase history.
Plus when you visit us again, checkout is hassle free because you’ve no need to key in all your details again.
